Defense for EMS Providers
EMTs, Paramedics, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, and ER Nurses
EMS Providers risk it all, everyday, to protect others. At a time when most people look away, it takes a very special and unique type of individual to confront the worst of the world in an effort to make it better. But when trouble rears its ugly head for YOU, who is there to defend and protect you? I am.
At the end of the day, EMS Providers are human and humans make mistakes. My job is to do everything possible to see that you learn from your mistakes, not suffer for them.
With one eye on the trouble at hand and the other on your future, I will aggressively and strategically defend you in court and with administrative agencies such as the DMV or State Licensing Board. If necessary, I can also offer counsel for disciplinary actions brought by your employer.
I became an EMT in 1987 and graduated from paramedic school in 1989. As a paramedic, I have run thousands of 911 calls. I know what it takes to do what you do and I have what it takes to protect your right to do it.

As it is in EMS, it is in the law:
Too Late is Too Late.
It is time to call a lawyer when, on or off the job:
- You have been arrested
- You have been accused of a crime
- You are being investigated, or
- You suspect that trouble is on the horizon
An arrest for anything or, sometimes, even an allegation alone can cost your career. Don't wait to defend your rights.
The California State EMS Authority aggressively pursues providers who, they believe, demonstrate behavior that is inconsistent with their perception of a proper provider - on the job and off.
